Study: Running with the squat may increase your risk of knee and back pain.

Overseas: A study warns that running with your body tilted forward can increase your risk of developing exercise-related injuries such as knee and back injuries. Published by Daily Mail website.

Researchers from the University of Colorado Denver examined the impact on the running patterns of 23 young athletes from different angles of urination. As the head, arms, and torso make up 68 percent of the body by mass, changes in urination can have a significant effect on lower limb mobility and ground reflexes.

And past studies have shown that runners report vertical bending angles, from low to -2 degrees to 25 degrees. Researchers have found that increasing body flexion from a low angle to 30 degrees leads to an increase of more than 28%, which is ineffective and can lead to injuries. The study was conducted by science expert Anna Warrener of the University of Colorado Denver and Daniel Liberman of Harvard University.

She explained that as Professor Lieberman was preparing to run the marathon, she noticed other people leaning forward as they ran. She added that this has a lot to do with their lower limbs.
